CS Suresh Pandey is a highly accomplished Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with over 15 years of extensive experience in regulatory compliance, corporate law advisory, and consultancy services. He holds a degree in Law, which complements his expertise in both legal and corporate domains.

Kiran is a highly accomplished Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a qualified law graduate, bringing with her over 15 years of rich and diverse experience in corporate governance, regulatory advisory, and legal compliance. She is also a registered Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), enabling her to actively contribute to insolvency resolution and restructuring assignments under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

Over the years, Kiran has built deep domain expertise across a wide spectrum of corporate and legal functions. Her core areas of specialization include corporate restructuring, mergers and amalgamations, insolvency and resolution processes, due diligence, secretarial audits, listing compliances under SEBI LODR, internal audits, and handling complex secretarial and regulatory assignments for a diverse clientele ranging from startups to large corporates.

She has been actively involved in end-to-end transaction advisory, including structuring, documentation, regulatory approvals, and post-transaction compliances.
